Short answers. The mechanics in full are on the rules page.
01What is Peak for?+
Three things: no vamps (a ticker locks on Peak the moment it launches and stays locked while the coin trades), no block-zero bundles (blind launches: the dev never sees the coin before it is live), and a DexScreener profile paid by the coin’s own trading fees.
02Why Raydium?+
Because the old trenches ran on Raydium: the coins of the 2024 run graduated to Raydium pools. Peak launches every coin on Raydium LaunchLab, as a standard SPL token on a bonding curve under Peak’s own LaunchLab platform, and when the curve fills Raydium migrates it to a Raydium CPMM pool. Back where it started.
03What does it cost to launch?+
About 0.230 SOL from your own wallet: up to 0.03 SOL of Solana rent and network fees, plus a flat 0.2 SOL launch fee. The launch fee is there to stop slop deploys (mass launches with no ambition), and all of it goes straight into the buy-and-burn wallet for our main coin.
04What is a blind launch?+
Your wallet signs exactly one thing: a plain SOL payment to Peak’s deployer. It does not mention the coin, the mint or Raydium. Once the payment lands, our server waits a random few seconds (up to 15) and the deployer creates the pool on its own, with a mint address derived from a server secret. You learn the mint at the same moment the rest of the chain does.
05How does that stop bundling?+
A bundle needs the dev to know the coin before anyone else: to pre-sign buys from fresh wallets, or to wrap the creation and their buys in one Jito bundle. With a blind launch the dev never sees the creation transaction, never signs it and does not know the mint until it is live, so there is nothing to bundle against. If the pool creation ever fails, the whole payment is sent back.
06What is the bundle check?+
A dev could still try to buy fast after launch from wallets they funded. So for every coin, the wallets that bought in the first 20 slots are traced back to the wallets that sent them SOL. Any early buyer that is the launcher, was funded by the launcher, was funded by another early buyer, or shares a funder with one is flagged, and the coin page shows how much of supply those linked wallets still hold. It is public for every coin.
07What about snipers?+
Raydium LaunchLab has no time-decaying fee, so Peak does not pretend to stop independent bots. What it does do is take away the dev’s head start: with a blind launch the dev learns the mint at the same moment as everyone else, and the bundle check shows who bought early.
08Do I, the creator, get any tokens or fees?+
No. There is no creator allocation, no dev buy and no creator trading-fee share. That is the point: nobody has an edge in the creation block, and trading fees go back into the coin instead of to a person.
09Then why would I launch here?+
Because traders trust it. A coin with no block-zero bundle, no clones on Peak in its first 30 minutes and a DexScreener paid for by its own fees is an easier coin to rally people behind. You still hold whatever you buy like everyone else.
10Do I need a launch tweet?+
No, it is optional. If you add the tweet announcing your coin, the coin page embeds it and the tweet locks for 30 minutes, so nobody can launch a copy from it.
11How does the ticker lock work?+
After a coin launches, its ticker (case-insensitive) and its tweet cannot be used again for 30 minutes. After that the ticker is free again, and a new coin with it gets the same 30-minute lock. Tickers that read like a recent coin (PEPE, P3PE, PEPE2) and images that are the same picture as a recent coin are allowed but flagged on the coin page. The check runs inside a single database transaction behind an advisory lock, so two people hitting launch at the same instant still produce exactly one coin. All of this covers Peak only: nobody can stop a copy launching on another site.
12Is there a limit per wallet?+
No. Launch whenever you like, from any wallet, as often as you like. Each launch pays the 0.2 SOL launch fee, which is what keeps spam expensive. The only thing that waits is a ticker: the same ticker can be launched again 30 minutes after its last launch.
13Where do the fees come from and where do they go?+
On the bonding curve every buy and sell pays 1% to Peak plus Raydium’s own 0.25%, all in SOL. After graduation the Raydium CPMM pool pays Peak a 1% creator fee in SOL. If the coin launched with a banner, part of Peak’s share fills its own 299 DexScreener fund automatically, and the profile is ordered from it when the coin graduates to Raydium (DexScreener lists Raydium coins from graduation). Once that fund is done, or from the start for a coin without a banner, 50% of the coin’s fees buy the coin itself on its own pool and burn it in the same transaction. The rest, plus every launch fee, goes to the main-coin buy-and-burn; until the main coin launches, that part waits in the buyback wallet. Creators get no trading fees.
14What do funded, paid and live mean for DexScreener?+
Funded: the coin’s fund holds the full amount and the coin has graduated, so DexScreener can list it. Paid: the order has been paid from that fund. Live: DexScreener has approved the order. Peak reads DexScreener’s public order status and only says live once DexScreener does.
15How often do buybacks happen?+
Automatically. Every 3 minutes a worker collects every coin’s fees. To avoid wasting money on tiny buys, the buy-and-burn wallet waits until enough SOL has pooled, then buys the main coin in chunks of up to 2 SOL, at most once an hour. The buy and the burn happen in the same on-chain transaction, so every buyback is burned the moment it lands. The live counter is on the Burn page.
16What happens at graduation?+
When the curve has raised 85 SOL, Raydium migrates the coin to a Raydium CPMM pool and the liquidity tokens are burned, so nobody can ever pull the liquidity. Peak is the pool’s creator and keeps collecting its 1% creator fee into the buyback pool.
17Which wallets can I use?+
Any Solana wallet that supports Wallet Standard, such as Phantom, Solflare or Backpack, for launching and for trading. The coin page trades directly on the coin’s Raydium pool from the first second.
18Is there a rate limit on launching?+
No per-wallet or per-connection limit. The form runs a short automatic human check, and there is a high site-wide safety cap per day that normal use never reaches. IPs are stored only as salted hashes.
19Does a buyback mechanism guarantee the price goes up?+
No buyback mechanism can guarantee price performance. Buybacks and burns reduce supply of the main coin, but price is set by the market. Memecoins are highly risky. Not financial advice.
